Mobile Printing Solutions for Public Safety Vehicles: Brother Printers

KELTEK-mobile-printing-solutions.jpg

Brother Mobile Solutions is an innovator in printer manufacturing for public safety vehicles. Any type of mobile equipment that is installed in an emergency vehicle needs to be able to perform under extreme conditions like rough terrain and harsh weather. Brother products are truly rugged and tough enough to stand up to the task.

Brother Mobile Solutions

Brother Mobile Solutions has brought their best mobile printers for public safety vehicles, including all police-related vehicles, to the next level. Their vast line of printers can be either installed in a vehicle with a variety of placement and mounting options or carried on the body for convenience for officers working away from the vehicle.

PocketJet 7

Brother’s mobile line of printers includes the PockerJet 7 Series with high-resolution printing that is ready to use out of the box without any type of download or programming necessary. It prints entire full-page documents very quickly from six different models to suit your needs.

RuggedJet

The RuggedJet line of printers is portable and rugged. It prints any type of document in a variety of sizes from 1 inch to 4 inches wide. You can also have this printer mounted in your vehicle, wear it on the body with a shoulder strap, or hook it onto a belt.

P-Touch

The P-Touch label printers create laminated labels for evidence with barcodes and serial numbers. Laminated labels keep the high-resolution text visible for many years and are much more durable than stick-on labels.

Fast & Reliable

Brother mobile printers are very efficient and reliable for use in the field. There are no programs or drivers to download in order to use these products. The advanced technology allows you to send information from a laptop, smart phone, or tablet directly to the printer, and it prints the documents instantly without having to use a specialized interface. This means that you can print a higher volume within a shorter period of time each day, allowing your officers to use their time more wisely.

Rugged & Tough

All Brother mobile printers are rugged, tough, and durable enough to last for many years without the need to replace them. They are rigorously tested to make certain that they live up to high standards. They will all operate just as efficiently and quickly in extremely high or low temperatures.

The Technology Behind Mobile Printing Solutions

Brother did a lot of research before creating this line of mobile printers for safety officers and vehicles. The quick-action printing is powered by the systems that officers already use in the field. This leads to lower costs because you don’t need to purchase additional (expensive) items to print any type of document quickly. These printers use the advanced features of MFi, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, AirPrint, and all major operating systems to receive the information wirelessly and print instantly.

Older models of mobile printers in vehicle upfitting use liquid inks or toners. This means you have to refill them when they run low, which can lead to a great mess if your printer is mounted in a car, truck, or SUV. Brother mobile printers use thermal technology for printing so they are much more user friendly, and you won’t have to refill anything to continue printing.
