It uses a Windows 10 Pro operating system and has a 7th Generation Intel Core Processor that packs a powerful punch.
This Toughbook has been altitude- and drop-tested to prove its resilience. It’s shock and vibration resistant. The aspect ratio is different than others in its class, with a 12-inch, 3:2 display. With this ratio, you won’t get the stretching and warping you often find in other public safety software—like MACH or TraCS.
The touchscreen is approximately 50% brighter than other similar devices, allowing you to clearly view the screen under the bright sun. The resolution is also impressive—three times better than others in its class. It has a 2MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera for easy photo taking and video recording in the field.
Rugged Mobility
This computer is both lighter and less bulky than the Toughbook 31—what many public safety officers currently use. The Toughbook 33 is 38% thinner (only 1.8 inches wide) and weighs only 6.1 pounds with the keyboard and batteries, making it easy to transport. If you use it as a tablet, it weighs a mere 3.4 pounds.
